We will undertake a search for your ideal next home. We fully understand that there are people who are prepared to look in a wide geographical area for the right property but just don’t have the time or inclination to weed out the good from the bad.

For an agreed fee we will do all the research and leg work, identifying possibilities from the brief given. We would visit, take notes and photos of the location together with the USP’s and report back as to whether the property in question is worthy of a personal viewing by the client.
